All publicly offered SFA courses are Blended: 6-8 hours in person + 8 hours online learning **
Privately scheduled SFA courses can choose a non-blended option if they prefer: 13-14 hours in person over 2 days.
Summary
Comprehensive two-day course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

Recertification
Blended Standard First Aid: 4 hours online review, 5.5-7.5 hours in person instruction
Only eligible to re-certify if learner holds a valid/non-expired certificate.
