Our Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Red Cross, and WorkSafeBC-certified instructors are licensed and experienced Paramedics, Firefighters, Nurses,and First Responders.
Each instructor brings a wealth of knowledge, with certifications in advanced life support and emergency response. With over 50 years of combined experience in real-world scenarios, they have trained thousands of students. For example, in our CPR courses, instructors share personal stories from their emergency experiences, providing practical insights that enhance learning.

Course Offerings:
Standard (Intermediate) First Aid:
Covers CPR & AED, Choking, Small Wounds, Breathing and Circulatory Emergencies, as well as Poisons, Environmental Emergencies, Head and Spine Injuries, and fracture management.
(Common Audience: Lifeguards, Chiropractors, Intermediate First Aid Attendants at workplaces, Rescue Personnel, RMT’s, RN Students)
Emergency (Basic) First Aid:
Covers CPR & AED, Choking, Small Wounds, Breathing and Circulatory Emergencies.
(Common Audience: Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Basic First Aid Attendants at workplaces, Trades personnel)
Blended Learning Update:
All Standard (Intermediate), Emergency (Basic), Basic Marine, and CPR classes are now offered as Blended Learning. Learners must complete the online portion before in-class practice.
*Private courses may request traditional in-class course styles.

Course Registrations and Policies
Registration Process:
To register for a course, please visit our website and fill out the registration form. Ensure all required fields are completed, and a confirmation email, reminder email, and receipt will automatically be sent.
Payment Options:
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Please choose your preferred method during registration. For Professional Responder Courses, please contact us for payment plan options. 50% is required at time of payment plan.
All private course bookings require 50% deposit at time of booking and balance due day of course delivery.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the course start date. Please contact us for more details.
