Emergency First Aid with CPR-C/AED (CSA Basic) Course

All publicly offered EFA courses are Blended: 4.5 hours in class + 4 hours online learning**
Privately scheduled EFA courses can choose a non-blended option if they prefer: 8 hours in class
Summary
Emergency First Aid with CPR-C (WorkSafeBC/ CSA Basic). One day course with The Canadian Red Cross to be completed over one day (8 hours) or two days (4 hours per day)
As of November 2024, the Blended option is now Basic Equivalent as well.
This course covers Airway and Breathing emergencies, as well as CPR and WorkSafeBC First Aid Record completion.

Recertification
4 hours in class + 4 hours online learning ** Not valid for Workplace Basic recognition
Only eligible to re-certify if learner holds a valid/non-expired certificate.
